Using a template, the plug holes are marked on both sides of the mitered corners.
The plug holes are marked centering the board. (1" board = marked 1/2" from edge.)

Using a 3/8" spade bit, drill the plug holes approximately 1/2" deep, then drill pilot holes.
Screw together only on the long sides of the box while clamped. Leave the other holes blank.
Plug all the holes except for the ones on the bottom of the case. We have to install the glass yet.
